1. How long will my package take to get to me?
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic U.S. delivery takes 5-10 business days standard, or 2-3 days expedited. International orders vary by destination. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it ships.
2. How do I return or exchange something?
Hit us at lottasucess@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out. We want you happy in your Lotta gear.
3. The item I want is sold out. Will it restock?
We run limited drops. When it’s gone, it’s gone — that’s part of what makes each piece special. Your best move is to follow us on IG (@lottaworldwide) and check the site regularly for new drops.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast. Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately at lottasucess@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — the Lotta movement is worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customs/duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the discount field. Only one code can be applied per order. Code FRISCO10 gives you 10% off orders $75+.
8. What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s on us. Email lottasucess@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right.
