PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During high-volume drop periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for expedited.

FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $75. No code needed — it applies automatically.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide because the Lotta movement doesn't stop at borders. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order at any time through our website or your carrier's site.
